Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 cups broth
1/2 small size chopped onion
1 cup arborio rice
Parmesan

Directions

How To Make:

Add ½ tbsp of butter to ramekin and add a spoonful of onions
Microwave for 1 ½ minutes on high, stir after 30 seconds to evenly distribute the butter.
Next, add a pinch of garlic, 1/4 cup rice, and 2 ¼ tbsp broth. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 50% power level for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Add additional broth if necessary. Repeat the heating process.
After heating for a total of 4 minutes, Add parmesan cheese on it.

Ingredients

250 g cooked basmati rice
2 tbsp olives
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
1 can of diced tomatoes
30 g almonds
Pepper to taste
Herbs

Directions

How To Make:

Pour some rice into a large bowl together with a can of diced tomatoes, a handful of olives, almonds, salt, pepper, chilli powder and herbs of choice.
Stir all of this in a bowl and microwave the contents until you see the tomato sauce. boiling.
Remove and serve hot!
